CrossFit Ferus welcomes you to join us for a free one-on-one meeting with one of our coaches. This will give you the chance to discuss your goals, our services, tour our facility, and to get acquainted with our coaches and our members.

To get started at CrossFit Ferus there are two things that typically take place before our members begin regular classes. This process helps us ensure that those who need the most individualized attention go into our smaller extended on-ramp classes and that athletes in our traditional CrossFit Classes already have a grasp on the basics so our coaches can focus on refining movement.

Schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our coaches. This helps us get to know you and your needs and ensure we will be a good fit. This meeting is completely free. Once we’ve determined that you would like to move forward you’ll be asked to choose a membership option. Your one-on-one can be scheduled by calling the gym.

Enroll in our Basics Workshop. The Basics Workshop is a 2-day, roughly 90-minute, intro to CrossFit in which we educate our members on proper movement and teach them a little bit about our culture. This also offers our new members an opportunity to ask questions and learn in a smaller, less time-constrained setting than our normal classes. The 2-day Basics Workshop is included in your membership, or we can address it during your One-on-One. If the schedule for the basics workshop doesn’t work with your schedule or you prefer to do it one-on-one we are willing to accommodate this for an additional fee.

After the Basics Workshop you’ll either begin our extended on-ramp classes or our traditional CrossFit classes based upon your current physical condition as well as our coach’s assessment of your movement and understanding of CrossFit principles.
